The house

By Choonmoo Park · Seoul
Bold contrast, gentle harmony — Korea’s modern avant-garde since 1988
Launched in 1988 by designer Choonmoo Park, Demoo flourished the "modern avant-garde look" in Korea with her contemporary sense of form and profound philosophy. The house builds on bold contrast and gentle harmony — architectural tailoring against flowing silhouettes, black and white, maximalism and minimalism — and still shows seasonal collections, most recently on the Seoul Fashion Week calendar.

Made from a subtly lustrous fabric, the duck down jacket closes at the front with a zipper and features a faux fur collar that can be snapped closed inside to create a high neck. Stitch lines combine with softly curved seaming, while drawstrings on both inner sides of the hem allow the silhouette to be adjusted for versatile styling.
