Flâneur Séoul is an online select shop for Korean designer fashion. We curate independent designer brands from Seoul — contemporary tailoring, streetwear, knitwear and made-to-order pieces that are hard to find outside Korea — and ship them directly from the designers to Japan, Korea and France. Prices are shown in your currency with no surprise charges on delivery, and every order can be returned within 14 days. The site is available in Japanese, Korean, French and English.

Korean sizes follow a different numbering system: a KR 55 corresponds to an FR 36. Here is the conversion chart we use on all our product pages.

Some cuts are more fitted than in France. That’s why every product page lists the actual measurements in centimetres, along with the size worn by the model (for example: “this model is 170 cm tall and wears an FR 36”). If you’re hesitating between two sizes, choose the larger one.

Every piece is shipped from Seoul, directly from our designers. Allow 5 to 8 business days for mainland France. A tracking number is sent to you as soon as your order ships.

Shipping to mainland France is 53 € per order, and free from 333 € of purchases. The fee is shown in your basket before payment. Duties and taxes are already included in our prices, so nothing is charged on delivery.

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with an end-to-end tracking link, from Seoul to your door. If the tracking shows no movement for more than 7 days, contact us: we’ll follow up with the carrier.

You have 14 days after delivery to change your mind, and returns are free. Report your return via the contact form or your account: we’ll send you a prepaid label within 24 business hours to drop off at a pickup point. Your refund is issued within 14 days of us receiving the parcel.

Flâneur Séoul does. The return label is prepaid: you pay nothing upfront, neither shipping nor customs. Items simply need to be unworn, with their original tags.

No. Our prices include taxes and customs duties (DDP shipping): the price shown is the final price. No fees will be charged on delivery, neither by the carrier nor by customs.

Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay), processed by our secure payment provider Toss Payments. Card payments are charged in US dollars (USD) — the exact amount is shown before you confirm. Payment is encrypted; no card details are stored by Flâneur Séoul.
