Data we collect

We only collect the data needed to provide our services:

• Account and orders: first name, last name, email address, delivery address, order history.
• Payment: handled by our secure payment providers; no card details are stored by Flâneur Séoul.
• Customer service: the content of the messages you send us through the contact form.
• Browsing: analytics data, only if you have accepted the corresponding cookies.

Purposes and legal bases

• Processing and delivering your orders — performance of the contract.
• Managing your customer account and after-sales service — performance of the contract.
• Meeting our accounting and tax obligations — legal obligation.
• Analytics and site improvement — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• Newsletter — your consent; every email contains an unsubscribe link.

Retention periods

• Account data: 3 years from your last activity.
• Order and invoicing data: 10 years (accounting obligation).
• Customer service messages: 3 years after the last exchange.
• Cookie consent: 6 months maximum.

Recipients

Your data is shared with authorised Flâneur Séoul staff and with the processors strictly necessary to the service: hosting, logistics and carriage (shipping from Seoul), payment providers. Each processor is bound by a contract compliant with Article 28 GDPR. Transfers outside the European Union are governed by standard contractual clauses. No data is sold to third parties.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as the right to set post-mortem instructions. To exercise them, write to us at donnees@flaneurseoul.com or through the contact form. We reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or refuse analytics cookies — refusing is as easy as accepting. No analytics or advertising cookie is set before you consent.

• Strictly necessary cookies (cart, language, session): exempt from consent, required for the site to work.
• Analytics and marketing cookies: set only after your consent, which is kept for 6 months maximum.
